Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant with expertise in integrating SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA to enable seamless daily synchronization of users, positions, and organizational elements into the respective HR infotypes in S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the HR Mini Master, ensuring data integration to support GRC processes and Payroll execution. This role also involves monitoring integration logs, troubleshooting errors, and implementing corrective actions to maintain system stability and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Integration Setup & Maintenance
• Configure and maintain integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master.
• Ensure daily synchronization of users, positions, and organizational elements from SuccessFactors to S/4HANA infotypes.
• Enable integration for GRC processes, ensuring accurate provisioning and role assignments.
• Payroll Integration Support
• Ensure HR Mini Master data is correctly maintained to enable smooth payroll processing.
• Validate transferred data for payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Monitor daily integration logs, identify failures, and troubleshoot root causes.
• Perform corrections and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for escalation and resolution.
• Documentation & Process Improvement
• Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for integrations, mappings, and workflows.
• Propose and implement process improvements for faster, more reliable synchronization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6 years of SAP HR functional experience, with hands-on integration between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA HR Mini Master and related infotypes.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and mappings to S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control integration for HR-based provisioning.
• Exposure to SAP Payroll and related data dependencies.
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting middleware (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration [CPI] or SAP PI/PO) logs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
